The DA is going to take every chance it gets to berate the ANC, it seems.
Speaking on Wednesday after another postponement by Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi to announce his executive, Helen Zille said the ANC clearly does not read the documents that are the cornerstone of the government of national and provincial unity.
She said if they did, they would have not proposed a deal that does not speak to the agreement on proportional representation of parties in executive and legislative positions.
