Veteran journalist and Carte Blanche host Derek Watts is recovering and learning to walk again after he collapsed in Hoedspruit in March.
Watts collapsed after a suspected stroke and was rushed to the Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg where he was admitted to the intensive care unit, he wrote on social media, sharing that he was later diagnosed with severe sepsis.

Back home four days and now walking unsupported for short distances. 😊
