Three memorial services have been planned to celebrate the life of chef Lentswe Bhengu-Mafoko ahead of his funeral this week, his family said in a statement.
Chef Lenstwe, as he was affectionately known, died last week after suffering a short illness.
The first memorial will take place on Monday at Every Nation Church in Rosebank, Johannesburg from 1pm.
Two other services will be held on Tuesday in Durban. The first one will get under way at Durban High School at 4pm and will be hosted by DHS Old Boys Club.
The second memorial will be held at the Playhouse Company at 5pm and will be attended by friends and colleagues in the industry.
The family said chef Lentswe will be laid to rest on Wednesday during a funeral that will take place at Amanzimtoti Civic Centre from 10.30am.
All services will be live-streamed.
