‘Big Brother Mzansi’ season four auditions officially open

Given the success of the previous edition of Big Brother Mzansi, the Mzansi Magic channel is now creating season four of the show.

The upcoming season promises to be bigger and better, and the applications for the hit reality TV show officially opened today.

Those who want to become the next Big Brother Mzansi housemate will need to submit a two-minute audition tape.

Former housemates of either Big Brother Africa or Big Brother Mzansi 2 are not allowed to take part in the upcoming show because the producers are looking for new faces.

The criteria of participating in the show includes that the applicants should be legal residents of South Africa and be aged 21 or older (as of January 1 2024).

The show’s selection team is looking for housemates who are fun-loving, creative, original, and articulate, as well as people who are tolerant of views and lifestyle choices of others.

The Big Brother show is built on the premise that housemates live in isolation within the house and have little to no contact with the outside world during their time on the show.

Housemates are free to leave at any stage of the show on the understanding that they cannot return and may be replaced by someone else.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested by Big Brother to make arrangements for the departure of any housemate.

Big Brother Mzansi is an opportunity to unlock fame and a big cash prize.

The winner will be joining the ranks of past winners including Ferdinand Rabi (2001 winner), Mandla Hlatshwayo (2014 winner), and Mpho Wabadimo (2022 winner).

The show is scheduled to start on January 21 and will run until the finale on March 31.
