Radio presenter and podcaster Mantsoe Tsatsi has returned to her radio roots at 947. Mantsoe, fondly known as Mantsoe Pout, joined Primedia‘s Joburg-based station after announcing her departure from Metro FM in September.
Earlier this year she announced that she had joined the world of podcasting, naming her podcast Moments With Mantsoe. starfm
She had shared about her gratitude for the opportunities she enjoyed at Metro FM in her eight-year stint with the country’s major commercial station.
“The time has come for me to move on and explore other opportunities. I have spent eight amazing years at Metro FM and I appreciate the opportunity I was given to do top-level radio and touch lives.”
“With a heart full of gratitude, the time has come for me to bid the mighty Metro FM [farewell]. To have had the privilege to ride national airwaves was definitely a dream realised, and I’ll forever be thankful to have gotten this opportunity,” she wrote at the time.
“I am ready to take you on a wild ride of music, wellness, cuisine, and everything in between to start your weekend mornings. You can expect a cosmopolitan show that is set on making you feel like you belong,” said Montsoe Tsatsi.
947 programmes manager Gregory Aldridge said: ” I could not be more excited. Having Mantsoe Tsatsi back at 947 feels right. I’ve seen how she has grown as a broadcaster over the years and I cannot wait to hear what she has in store for the 947 family.
