The last member of the team Mohatli hails from Bushbuckridge Zone 1, Mpumalanga, and holds an advanced diploma in patisserie, food preparation. He enjoyed the Abu Dhabi experience. “The experience I had in the competition will help me a lot in my culinary journey. Competing against highly trained and skilled chefs in such big stages was so amazing,” says Mohatli. “Taking what I’ve learned from the expo and applying in my cooking will definitely sharpen my skill as a chef and help me grow.”
