When she experienced her mother’s care, love and service for the people, Khanyisile Moloba’s passion was sparked and a business was born. As a result, the digital strategist and media specialist, who boasts a wealth of experience in the media and communication industry, launched a platform that would help small businesses solve their communication and digital marketing challenges. While the trending topic is about attracting young people to technical skills, the 29-year-old is of the view that society needs digital creatives too; particularly since we are in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). She asserts that one can monetise creativity, while creating a platform that will serve as a viable and self-sustaining playground for other young professionals and creatives within the fields of journalism, marketing, communications, technology and design. Moloba suggests that the government and its social partners must introduce subjects that promote creative thinking and problem-solving as a requisite in the schools’ curriculum.
