Pretty Ngubane holds a National Diploma in Tourism Management from Durban University of Technology and is the founder of PSN Travel Frenzy. “What inspired me to start PSN Travel Frenzy was my deep love for tourism and my profound admiration for the enchanting country of South Africa,” she says. She adds that being surrounded by diverse cultures, breath-taking landscapes and a vibrant history is what made her want to share this richness with others. “The desire to showcase the diverse beauty and experiences in South Africa is the driving force behind PSN Travel Frenzy,” she explains, emphasising that the Department of Tourism has played a pivotal role in the company's growth. “Through their support, we have been able to showcase our services on prestigious platforms, connect with industry leaders and gain exposure to a wider audience. Their sponsorship of our participation in the Sigma International Tour Operators Incubation programme has been a catalyst for our success, allowing us to collaborate with key players in the industry.” Securing two substantial contracts with municipalities and the consistent growth of their clientele is a significant achievement for Ngubane. She says the contracts have not only boosted her company’s credibility, but have also opened exciting opportunities to grow on a larger scale. “Seeing our clientele expand steadily is testament to our dedication in providing unforgettable journeys and exceeding their expectations,” Ngubane concludes.
