From a remote rural area of Segwashi in Ga-Mamabolo outside Polokwane, Dinah Diale says she has had to work extra hard to achieve her goals. Her career began in 2016 at the University of Limpopo when she took up a 12-month internship programme within the human resources department. Her hard work and diligence saw her receiving a contract as administrator before she could complete the internship. After five years in the contract, she was offered the current position in July 2021 on a permanent basis.
