Duma udume ngama spectacular failures
Shwa applauds the IFP for extending a lifeline to the ANC’s most embarrassed provincial chairperson, Siboniso Duma. Proving once again that politics is just a sophisticated game of musical chairs, the IFP has generously decided to accommodate Duma by appointing him the MEC of transport and human settlements.
It’s almost like giving a “participation award” to the kid who tripped over their own shoelaces during the school race.
But Duma has since embraced his unexpected promotion with enthusiasm. So, buckle up, KwaZulu-Natal! Your new MEC for transport and human settlements is ready to steer the ship. Just pray he’s not using the same navigator that saw him plunge the ANC from the governing party to the second-largest opposition in the province.
That’s Duma for you. Spectacular.
