Mbalula refuses to grow up
Tjatjarag Luthuli House boss Fikile Mbalula is no different to a naughty kindergarten kid who gets burnt multiple times but continues to touch the hot stove.
Everyone knows there are untouchables in the ANC such as party pipe-smoking former president Thabo Mbeki and the bully Pravin Gordhan. Mbalula tried touching Gordhan during the ANCYL conference in July but it took an hour for him to withdraw it in a statement.
He did the same with Mbeki this last weekend. Again, he was forced to issue a “context” statement, withdrawing his attack on Mbeki. Shwa will not be surprised if soon enough, the foot-in-mouth SG of the governing party getting carried away, and put his foot in it again, only to withdraw it hours later. What a clown!
