Mr English back at Sundowns to scramble brains again
Steve Komphela is back at Mamelodi Sundowns, probably with a bigger encyclopedia.
Shwa has it on good authority that the minute Stevovo was announced as the not-so-new gaffer, the players made a bee line to the nearest bookshop to invest in new English dictionaries.
Some dusted off the cobwebs in their garages and were lucky enough to lay their paws on some that have been out of use for months on end. Now that Mr English is back at the dusty Chloorkop base after the overzealous Rulani “Pep-Lite” Mokwena was shown the door, the players are stressed about possibly having extra English classes added to their training regime.
Shwa suspects Stevovo would not complain to see the footies packing the dictionaries into their luggage as they head off to Austria for pre-season training.
