Shwa is gushing over the ANC Free State provincial deputy secretary Dibolelo Mance. MoGhel is so fine and intelligent. Moi understands why she was given the role of being an MEC of public works and infrastructure; her personality is so great, and she oozes confidence when she speaks.
During the first sitting of the NCOP at the Cape Town International Conference Centre two Fridays ago, she took to the stage and spoke passionately about the Free State and that she was still going to work hard for the people of the province.
