Vuyiseka Nontlazi, the 12th witness and a victim of Nigerian pastor Timothy Omotoso, continues with her testimony in the high court in Gqeberha on Monday.
Nontlazi is expected to be cross-examined by defence advocate Peter Daubermann.
This after she told the court on Friday, just before it adjourned, that she did not consent to any of the alleged sexual acts that Omotoso had performed on her.
Notlazi, who sang in a choir at Omotoso’s church, said she was driven by fear after being threatened as a result of Omotoso forcing her to perform oral sex on him.
Describing a series of events, she said the church’s general secretary would call her to Omotoso’s room.
“The first sexual violation I had with him was when I was called by the general secretary to his room,” she testified.
“When I arrived there, he forced my face into his genitals and told me to perform oral sex, and I did.
“I was later told to clean up and go to perform at a service in Durban.”
Omotoso and two co-accused Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho are facing a total of 62 charges relating to rape, sexual assault, human trafficking and racketeering.
Omotoso is the founder of Jesus Dominion International Church that had major branches in South Africa, Nigeria and Israel, with Durban being the headquarters in the country.
The trial is back on the court roll after a six-year delay and a failed attempt by the defence to have it dismissed.
This after the Supreme Court of Appeal turned down the defence’s application for a special entry in terms of section 317 of the Criminal Procedure Act, where it pointed to irregularities and illegalities in the proceedings.
