By extension, and by summoning the courage to take up the matter in public, in Twanet Olivier’s court in East London this week, Malema sharply raised and reiterated a very important matter.
If the judicial officer is able to take issue with errant accused persons, they should set a high standard for themselves too by acting in a proper manner befitting a judicial officer and arriving on time for court proceedings.
We thank you comrade Malema for raising the matter for the many who might have been victims of what you experienced in that court of shame.
