The International Criminal Court (ICC) has often come under attack for seemingly targeting leaders outside of the West and especially Africans. Indeed there has been no warrants issued for arrests of decidedly war criminals such as George W Bush and Tony Blair. Â
But there was some redemption, at least in our eyes, of news that ICC prosecutor Karim Khan is seeking warrants of arrest against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar. Â
Germany declared it would arrest Netanyahu if it had a chance. Way to go ICC and Germany, the Butcher of Gaza must be brought to justice.Â
