It appears no one cared to check that the safety protocols were all in place. Was it because the workers at the site were mostly black, poor and in the country illegally?
This can only be the result of moegoe authorities failing to carry out the required checks and balances, and allowing a moegoe construction company to put the lives of poor workers at risk.Â
