Unruly Kaizer Chiefs fans last weekend displayed their Olympic-level throwing skills, leaving match officials ducking for cover.

“Moegoe of the week” belongs to the one who wrote an article nine days after the incident. Without defending Chiefs fans, but they had reason to be anger. Officiating in South African soccer has become extremely appalling and it is truly astonishing for individuals to justify such incompetence.

What happens next time if supporters wait for officials outside the stadium and pull an old school on them?
