Facing a litany of corruption charges, suspended ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule has put his hand up for nomination at the ANC elective conference in December.
Speaking at his pre-trial at the Bloemfontein High Court on Friday, Magashule, who is staring at multiple counts of fraud, corruption and money laundering, is adamant the case against him is politically motivated.
How dare a man whose political career is tainted by the asbestos scandal and the failed Vrede dairy farm project saga, even contemplate returning to a high-ranking position. You must be out of your mind.
