SA falls into a state of lawlessness as protests and looting continues

Johannesburg – As Jacob Zuma waits in the Estcourt Correctional Centre, KwaZulu-Natal for the outcome of the Constitutional Court’s decision on whether or not his prison sentence would be lifted, parts of South Africa is on fire.

Many South Africans have mobilised under the free Jacob Zuma banner to bring the country and economy to its knees.

Massive groups of people around the country have protested violently and looted many stores and liquor outlets, bringing the nation into a state of lawlessness.

While the looting continued, people have called for the government to deploy the South African National Defence Force.
