After a valid complaint by the ANCWL about Mtolo’s colleague and fellow “Talibans” factionalist – ANC provincial chair Siboniso Duma’s persistent stunts that undermine the authority of Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube – this moegoe thought it funny to make jokes about this.
It ain’t funny, bro. According to this moegoe called Mtolo, Duma undermined Dube-Ncube again during the Springbok trophy tour of Durban because the premier is too short to match Eben Etzebeth’s height.
He was referring to Duma’s attention-seeking escapades wherein he wanted to be front and centre during the tour to steal the limelight from Dube-Ncube.
