No new building other than Kingsley Center has been refurbished or build anew. Jan van Riebek building on the corner of Van Der Walt and Schoeman streets has been left idle and in a state of collapse 10 years plus now. I chose to use the old street names deliberately because our focus was on street names and not infrastructure and job creation. Obviously the focus was on creation of wealth for pals and community development and investment for the greater common good.
