Police Minister Bheki Cele has vowed that the SA Police Service (SAPS) will leave no stone unturned and will make every endeavour to bring to book the killers of Premier Soccer League referee Akhona Ndzingo who was also a police constable.
Ndzingo, 30, who became one of the youngest PSL referees when he made his debut at the age of 26, was shot dead while on duty in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, on Wedneday night.
