Musician and ANC campaigner Malo-A-Botsheba has died

Johannesburg – Kwasa king Malo-A-Botsheba and ANC campaigner has died.

Malo-A-Botsheba died from COVID-19 complications at a Tzaneen Medi Clinic a earlier on Wednesday.

He was admitted to the hospital last week after complaining of chest pains.

The singer, real name Steven Sefofa, recently hogged media headlines when Transport Minister Fekile Mbalula sent him a Whatsapp note, which went viral, and threatened him for campaigning for suspended ANC Secretary-General Ace Magashule.

The artist is also known for supporting Khelobedu culture and tradition and also released many songs calling for Khelobedu to be recognised as of the official languages.
