ABB won’t reveal all as pledged in deal with NPA over Eskom case

A multinational company implicated in corruption at Eskom has admitted to withholding crucial information from international authorities to avoid incriminating itself and jeopardising its image overseas.

An engineering company, ABB, along with former employees, were prosecuted for involvement in corruption at Kusile Power Station in 2022.

At least 15 individuals were prosecuted.
