Airports Company SA makes changes to its board committees

The Airport Company South Africa (Acsa) has made several changes to its board committees.

Acsa has appointed Nonzukiso Siyotula as a member and chairman of its audit and risk committee.

The state company appointed Dudu Hlatshwayo as its board investment committee member and chairman. In addition, Acsa appointed Gcobani Mancotywa and Andile Khumalo as members of its board investment committee.


The state company appointed Mancotywa and Sibongile Sambo as members of its human resources, remuneration and nominations committee.

The state company appointed Sambo and Siyotula as information, communication and technology committee members.

In addition, Acsa has appointed Mancotywa as a member and chairman of the social and ethics committee.

The state company also appointed Sambo and Khumalo as social and ethics committee members.

Mancotywa and Siyotula are members of the board economic regulation committee by virtue of their appointments as chairmen.

MTN South Africa has appointed Bradwin Roper as chief financial service officer, effective 15 May.

MTN South Africa has appointed Bradwin Roper as chief financial service officer, effective May 15.

“Roper has an impressive career spanning almost a decade at the executive level in financial services and FMCG,” MTN said in a statement.

Roper holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

RFG Holdings appoints new non-executive director

Food company RFG Holdings has appointed Venessa Naidoo, who is a chartered accountant, as a board independent non-executive director effective May 1.

She currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Rand Merchant Investment Holdings Limited, Outsurance Holdings Limited, Outsurance Insurance Company Limited, Outsurance Life Insurance Company Limited and Outsurance Shared Services Proprietary Limited.

She was the founding shareholder and chief financial officer of Smile Telecoms Holdings Limited and Smile Comunications Proprietary Limited 2007 until 2021. Prior to that, she was the group financial director for Johnnic Entertainment.

Buka Investments appoints new audit committee members

Buka Investments has appointed Mahomed Sadik as a member of its audit committee, effective April 20.

Sadike is also Buka’s non-executive chairman.

Buka is a house of brands comprising retailers of exclusive shoes and accessories procured internationally and locally, the company states on its website.
