Amputee dancer Musa Motha rewarded with car of his dreams

After receiving a hero’s welcome over the weekend, Britain’s Got Talent superstar Musa Motha’s dreams and wishes are finally coming true.

The amputee dancer made history when he represented South Africa on the international platform, where he received the first-ever group golden buzzer.

Cheeky Media Group’s breakfast show, The Morning Show on e.tv, took it to another level when they visited him in London to cover his story despite him not winning the competition.

Musa Motha opened up to the CEO of Cheeky Media Group and executive producer of the show, Yusuf Stevens, about some of his dreams.

He shared that he wanted to drive around in a 2023 Audi A3 Sportback when he is back at home to celebrate his milestone, and Yusuf did exactly that with the help of Audi Centre Sandton, surprising Musa Motha with his dream car.

He received a brand new red 2023 Audi A3 Sportback 35 TFSI 110KW on Thursday at the Audi Centre Sandton. The ecstatic Musa Motha, close to tears, kept asking: “Is this for real?”

“I feel so blessed, excited and the moment feels like a dream that I don’t want to wake up from. A huge thanks to Audi Centre Sandton and Cheecky Media Group. I have no words.”

Alex Nietz, a vehicle sales executive from Audi Centre Sandton, said they could not turn a blind eye when Musa Motha flew the South African flag high with his breathtaking performances on Britain’s Got Talent.

“At Audi, we believe in bringing progress to life, that’s why we chose to collaborate with Cheeky Media Group to surprise Musa Motha with his dream car, especially because despite being differently abled and all odds against him, this young man keeps pushing with determination and moving forward towards his destination,” said Nietz.

“We are happy to meet him halfway and bring that progress to life.”

Stevens said: “After meeting Musa Motha, I couldn’t help but be inspired by him. He has an energy about him and a never-quiet attitude. I felt that so many people could learn from him, myself included.

“He mentioned he wanted an Audi, fly in a helicopter and star in a movie, and I thought to myself, I can make all of these things happen for this inspirational guy – so let’s get it done. He’s an absolute legend and I know he’s going to do big things.”
