Former Isibaya actress Asavela Mqokiyana has revealed the gender of her unborn child, and she is having a girl.
In July Mqokiyana told fans she has a bun in the oven. This after she shared in April 2022 that she was off the dating market.
She took to her Instagram to share images of her traditional wedding ceremony in the Eastern Cape. Not much is known about her husband, but she revealed that they have been together for years.
Mqokiyana also revealed that she married into the Mqokiyana family and that they had given her a new name, Kwande.
According to media reports, her husband is Vuyisa Mqokiyana.
In August 2022, she shared snaps of a stunning new house she and her hubby had built and would soon be moving into, describing their home as their happily ever after.
Expressing her joy at finally having completed building the house, Mqokiyana penned a brief caption to accompany the snaps of the house.
Another media personality Denise Zimba also revealed to her friends that she had given birth to her second child.
Taking to her Instagram timeline on Sunday, she surprised her friends and followers by sharing a clip of herself on a video call, showing off her baby girl Mila.
“Tired. Overwhelmed. Changed. Isolated. But most importantly … in love and grateful. Hi Mila,” she wrote.
