All systems go for ‘The Replenishment Concert’ in Supersport Park

Dr Tumi, Alphi Mkhwananzi, Zaza Mokhethi, and Tbo Touch gathered in Pretoria on Wednesday afternoon for a meet and greet and exclusive tour around the Supersport Park Cricket Stadium.

The afternoon commenced with Tbo Touch and some of the gospel stars addressing the media about what promises to be an incredible musical experience on September 23.

Born Thabo Molefe, Tbo Touch, the promoter of the Promoter of the Replenishment Concert, said he is excited about the upcoming annual gospel event.

“It is an amazing way to highlight that we all need replenishment in our lives. It doesn’t matter where you come from, or where you were the night before,” he said.

“We at The Replenishment Concert do not judge anyone, we will be bringing everyone together to have a spectacular time of praise and worship.”

Mokhethi said the concert is a great way to connect people from all walks of life, and to just show how cool gospel can be.

“I will be dancing all night with my All Stars [sneakers], which I do deliberately to show how we as gospel musicians don’t have to look a certain way on stage,” said Mokhethi.

“We can still rock our Converse sneakers whilst praising the most high.”

Molefe said the concert will feature South Africa’s household names, will showcase few firsts this year.

“This event has sponsors that will make sure all our attendees are taken care of like Gautrain, who will be working 24 hours on that day for all our guests.

“We are all looking forward to an incredible day of joy, worshipping, and being one with each other with all our respected different spiritual beliefs.” said Molefe.
