Showmax Original reality show KwaMam’Mkhize Season 2 premiered on Thursday, with new episodes every Thursday. Sbahle Mpisane makes a comeback for the second season and she is ready to open up about her life-changing accident

The reality show follows the life of Shauwn Mkhize and her children Sbahle and Andile Mpisane. Shauwn’s daughter-in-law, Tamia Mpisane, makes her debut on the show this season.

Sbahle who is well known as the fitness bunny was involved in a near-fatal accident in 2018. She will detail her recovery on the reality show. She says a lot has changed from season one till now.

“The biggest difference is that everyone has grown so much from Season 1, from our mom going through her divorce and getting her name back to my brother being married with children. Me? I was in a wheelchair and now I am standing tall,” she said.

She says being an aunt has changed her because she is now more receiving and welcoming.

Fitness a hobby that became income

Sbahle says she got into the world of fitness because she is someone who likes to take care of her health, both internally and externally.

“Fitness is something I naturally gravitated towards. It was a hobby that became an income. Even after my accident, when I was depressed, I did not lose love for myself and my fitness. Even when I was on a wheelchair, I still took care of myself, even though I was not happy because I didn’t want to look like my problems.”

She says that if someone is going through life-changing experiences they should just pray that they find it in themselves to be strong, even though being strong is not easy.

“As someone who has been through a very dark time, I urge people to take it day by day and just appreciate the positions that they are in right now and get their minds right.”

After the first episode of the second season aired, fans of the show had some rather interesting things to say about the furniture in Andile and Tamia’s house.

Some X users said Andile and Tamia were too young for the type of sofas in their house. While others said the house furniture was giving Ramadan vibes, because of the colors.
