Musa Keys to give back to his Limpopo people

Producer, songwriter and entrepreneur Musa Keys will be giving back to the community of Limpopo in December.

Musa Keys has officially announced his inaugural homecoming festival Detty December set to take place in his hometown of Polokwane this festive season. The festival will take place Wednesday December 27 at the new Peter Mokaba Stadium. The one-of-a-kind music and lifestyle extravaganza will embrace the essence of the festive season.

“Words can’t describe how Delicious I’m feeling rn. So anxious, so happy, super proud of Myself, and hella excited for the experience we are about to witness,” he wrote.


He plans to host an audience of over 40 000 festival-goers. It will encompass a mega concert offering various music showcases from a top-notch curated lineup as well.

Building up to the festival, Musa Keys plans to engage with his Limpopo community to create activities that will uplift the community in various ways.

Musa Keys is on a high after a very successful year, including his first US tour and a certified gold single with Davido. He is excited about returning home to host the biggest homecoming festival in Limpopo.

“It feels so good to finally be back on home ground to celebrate with my entire city. Honestly, Detty December is a dream come true for me. As much as it’s a scary undertaking, my community, amazing team  and I are about to make history in Polokwane.”
