Controversial music executive Nota Nhlamulo Baloyi has expressed how hurt he is about American singer and actress Halle Bailey’s alleged pregnancy.
Taking to social media, Nota Baloyi said he was hurt after seeing pictures of Bailey, who looked pregnant, surfacing online.
“I got woken up at 2am. Now I can’t sleep. Why Halle? Damn, oh well,” he wrote.
Bailey, who is best known for her role as Ariel in the action movie The Little Mermaid, was spotted walking around the streets of Santa Monica, California with her boyfriend DDG.
The 23-year-old can be seen wearing an oversized hoodie and sweatpants in new photos that were captured by Splash News.
Rumors of her pregnancy surfaced in September when she wore an oversized outfit to the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.
There was also a video of Bailey crying while hugging her sister Chloe, which for her day-one fans is a rare sighting.
Speculation about the relationship
The actress was first romantically linked with YouTuber and musician Darryl Dwayne “DDG” Grandberry Jr in January 2022.
In February of 2023, fans started speculating about their relationship after DDG’s ex-girlfriend Rubi Rose tweeted about seeing her ex’s new girlfriend wear her old clothes in a tweet.
Rose, however, did not mention either DDG or Bailey by names, but it was noted that Bailey was wearing a black and white T-shirt in an Instagram post that Rose had been seen in back in 2020.
In April 2023, she told British Vogue that love has changed her creative life as well.
“Experiencing deep love for the first time in my life is something I feel has opened a whole new world for me creatively,” she said.
“What it feels like to love someone other than your family, like somebody you may not have known two years ago but now they’re the centre of your world.”
