Project Name/Description:
Tharika M Group
In a world that often celebrates titles over impact, Her Royal Highness Princess Eurika Mogane stands out as a force of purpose, resilience, and compassion. A Commissioner at the Commission for Gender Equality, appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa, she is also a multi-award-winning community builder, entrepreneur, life coach, and advocate for vulnerable communities. Her journey is one of transformation. Once a university student forced to drop out due to financial constraints, she turned rejection into redirection. “I became the solution I was looking for,” she says, reflecting on the trials that forged her path. In 2014, she founded the Tharika M Group, a purpose-led business that channels healing into action. From a mobile spa and coaching service to a self-publishing house amplifying the voices of GBV survivors, a female-led shuttle company, and a trading wing in agriculture, clothing, and cosmetics — each branch reflects her ethos: & quote; “Don’t chase money, serve purpose.” Princess Eurika’s impact stretches beyond entrepreneurship. She offers free coaching, CV writing, and personal branding services, particularly for youth, women, and survivors of trauma. Her approach is holistic — nurturing both economic empowerment and emotional healing. Even with accolades such as the Inspiring Women Award and Community Builder of the Year, she remains grounded. “For three years, I didn’t pay myself a salary. Just discipline, vision, and obedience,” she says. Her leadership is a masterclass in service-driven excellence. Today, she continues to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, lead youth initiatives, and advocate against exploitation in institutions of higher learning. “We must build systems that protect, not prey,” she emphasises. With grace and grit, Princess Eurika Mogane embodies a new model of royalty — one rooted in humility, healing, and legacy.
