Fondly known as a visionary changemaker, Tinyiko Miracle Mabale is the Executive Director and Founder of iMentorU Foundation and Group CEO of NTiD Group of Companies. Hailing from the humble village of Shigalo in Malamulele, his journey is a testament to the power of resilience, faith, and purpose. Mabale says growing up in an environment where access to mentorship, technology, and career guidance was scarce, he saw firsthand the barriers that limit youth potential. “Rather than be defined by them, I turned adversity into action. Through my passion for technology and service, I founded iMentorU to bridge the gap—empowering underprivileged youth through digital literacy, mental health support, and leadership development,” he added. From mentoring in local communities to expanding programs into Kenya, Uganda, Mozambique, and China, Tinyiko’s impact now spans continents. A milestone in his journey is his upcoming participation in the prestigious International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) in the U.S., under the theme “Empowering Youth through Workforce Development.” Despite challenges like limited funding and resources, Tinyiko says he stayed rooted in his mission which is to transform lives and uplift communities. He believes that his work is measured not only by the numbers reached but by the stories of young leaders who now shine because someone believed in them. Tinyiko added that he hopes to be remembered not just as a builder of platforms, but as a builder of people—a servant leader whose legacy lives on in the dreams he helped make possible.
