The 30-year-old is a digital media consultant at Alchemy Health Technologies, where she handles a range of external-facing components of the business, like social media management, marketing, and business process support. Alchemy Health Technologies is the only health tech company to be adopted as a Microsoft partner. The company brings healthcare and technology expertise together. “When health information is paper-based, fragmented, or difficult to access, it becomes harder for the system to respond efficiently to people’s needs. “Digital tools help with better record-keeping, stronger communication, improved data analysis, and easier collaboration across the healthcare system,” says Hope. “I want young people to know that you do not always have to fit into one box. The skills you develop in one area can open doors in another, especially when you are willing to learn, adapt, and apply yourself.”
