At only 26 Jürgen Klein-Werner has already set up his own physiotherapy practice and is helping patients regain greater confidence in their bodies and achieve better results in their selected sports. Understanding that physiotherapy can sometimes be last on the list of a patient’s care needs, Jürgen offers free consultations to give a patient an idea of what he can assist with. “This often helps the individual figure out what the problem is, and they can make a more informed and financially savvy healthcare choice,” he says. After first getting experience with another practice, he decided to branch out on his own in 2024, and he encourages other young entrepreneurs to do the same. “Knowing when to grow is important. I opened my practice to serve a need and not compete with others. “Sports physio is my passion and allows me to express my personal values in my work,” he says, But no matter where you find yourself, Jürgen says it’s important to have purpose in your profession. “A satisfying career is a career of purpose and the opportunity to serve others as best as you can,” he says.
