Thanks to his skills, many clients have narrowly escaped certain deportation as he works tirelessly to assist. “Those clients really put their trust in you; sometimes we have to put in hours at the airport just to resolve a case and have the authorities understand a matter,” he says. “Immigration is one of the areas that I enjoy, along with estate planning, because it feels like the change you are making is meaningful.” Vongani, who is a graduate of the University of Venda, employs a team of four legal professionals who are all under the age of 30. “Sometimes the clients have their doubts because you are young,” he laughs. “But young people go the extra mile and work hard.”
