Pearl Lefifi is a 29-year-old entrepreneur from Pretoria who actively works towards redefining education and business.
As the director of Leap Beta Tutors and Trading (Pty) Ltd, a consulting and management company, Lefifi’s leadership has not only transformed the lives of learners but also drove job creation and community empowerment.
“I believe that our problems as a society need solutions that are not only effective but sustainable as well,” she explains.
Lefifi combines her passion for mathematics with motivation to successfully run her business. Her approach centres on identifying growth opportunities and converting them into profitable ventures.
Lefifi’s accolades include winning the 2021 Momentum Budget Speech competition for small businesses and expanding Leap Beta Tutors’ client base by over 200 learners.
Her impact goes beyond figures, evident in the 200 job opportunities she has generated for young people in various roles.
