Refiloe Mokoena, a published author and passionate entrepreneur, serves as the managing director of RM Group (Pty) Ltd. She also holds directorships in several other entities, including Refiloe Le Bone General Trading (Pty) Ltd, the Refiloe Mokoena Foundation, Refiloe Wines and Events, and Lesediloe.
At 40 years old, Mokoena hails from Phuthaditjhaba, QwaQwa in the Free State. She is a self-published author of books and articles and holds multiple qualifications, including a BA in Law. In addition, she is a life coach and the founder of the South African Literary Festival Awards.
Mokoena has also established an agricultural institution, Refiloe Le Bone, which is registered and accredited with SAQA and SETA, offering skills development and learnership programmes.
Mokoena proudly shares that her company has created 14 jobs and partnered with six small businesses in QwaQwa as a result of the Literary Awards event hosted in 2023. She is currently creating more job opportunities for small businesses that will collaborate with her company in the upcoming month for agricultural training set to be implemented in the Free State through her consultancy work with the government. Mokoena is deeply involved in working with numerous individuals and small businesses.

My goal is to continue being a solution in our communities by creating jobs and addressing the unemployment crisis,” Mokoena expressed.
