Kholeka Satisfy Dlamini sees education as an effective response to the societal problems. Born and bred in Ixopo, a smalltown in KwaZulu-Natal, Dlamini has established Howard FET College, which has two campuses in Durban and Ixopo. “As I believe that education is a supreme, I decided to bring education and skills development to my community by opening a college, and with the qualifications they receive, they can now be able to maneuver any sort of situation and remove the 'good morning, Sir' mentality,” she said. Her law degree came in handy in her position as a Director for Kaydee Legal Solutions. She has completed several qualifications, which include a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and an LLB. Dlamini has been acknowledged for her impact. Ubuhlebezwe Municipality honoured her with an award for her contribution and dedication to her community work. She was a nominee for the Fabulous Women Awards 2025 Top 10 and the Women of Stature South Africa 2026.
