Project Name/Description:
Founder, The Luntu Jozi Group
At a crossroads of science, technology, and entrepreneurship, you find an inspiration, Luntu. Hers is a story of a woman who has been nothing but unapologetically bold as a visionary leader for the last fifteen years. In those fifteen years, she has been in industries such as ICT, finance, estate planning, publishing, management consulting, and professional development. She is not a mere participant when it comes to the digital economy; she is shaping its very architecture. Luntu is the founder and chief executive officer, The Connect Africa™, launched this year as part of The Luntu Jozi Group. She is pioneering a pan-African, AI-powered platform that connects entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses through an e-commerce marketplace, job board, research tools, classified ads, and a thriving community forum. The platform addresses unemployment, economic exclusion, and cross-border collaboration while equipping women, youth, and underserved communities to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Beyond technology, Luntu is an author, mentor, philanthropist, and faith-driven activist. She invests her own resources into creating inclusive, sustainable opportunities, embodying the principle that innovation should not just disrupt, but heal, empower, and build. She says: “Technology should never be a privilege; it must be the language of empowerment for every African, because innovation is not just about tools, it’s about reimagining futures where no one is left behind.” She concludes: “I don’t separate leadership from service, because Africa doesn’t lack talent or ideas, what we need is belief, platforms, and bold execution that puts people first.”
