All clued up but still clueless about Disney+, that’s Shwa
Yours in gossip headed out to Prison Break Market for the Disney+ quiz night games. This particular night showed Shwa flames because she thought she was clued up about all the shows on Disney+. Little did I know.
If Joburgers thought they were the ultimate couch potatoes then they were wrong but at least they still would have the whole story of the channel and its offerings.
Shwa and her dear colleagues in the entertainment industry were entertained with a fusion of fun and interesting trivia. I must, however, say the clues were given to us for an entire six weeks beforehand, but we just failed to put together the puzzles of the pieces that were hinted to us.
The collaboration, which was a great initiative, was designed to engage and educate us about the extensive and diverse offerings of Disney+.
Shwa spotted Lasizwe Dambuza and his brother Lungile who are forever together and I must just put it out there that Lasizwe might as well be nominated for the socialite of the year because he is forever everywhere. Reminds Shwa of that village uncle who is at every funeral or event that takes place in his neck of the woods.
Not that I am hating on him or what but my guy keeps securing that bag with all the brands that Mzansi has to offer.
One would think Lesedi Matsunyane is a mean girl and all, but she is one of the humblest people who is able to engage with ordinary folks regardless of who her parents are.
Banele Moghelingz Ndaba please learn how to chew bubblegum because watching you try and stop it from falling out of your mouth was so cringeworthy. Perhaps you are campaigning for some obscure bubblegum brand that we don’t know of but try to keep it ladylike and chew properly. Shall we, dear?
Mohale Motaung was also there, trying to show that he is still relevant without his ex, Somizi.
Bontle Modiselle and Liema both understood the theme of the night of being both stylish and creative. Modiselle rocked a black outfit that had Shwa almost drop her jaw.
It was good to see the new rents and parents Jesse Suntele and his wife Thuthu out and about having fun. Shwa also spotted Cici, Nefisa Mkhabela, Gaisang Noge, DaliDanger, Nozuko Ntshangase, Za-mani Mbatha and Seekay.
