Outgoing Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena has learnt the hard way that football can be a very cruel sport.
Not so long ago, Mokwena was the darling of Masandawana die-hard supporters after the club lifted the AFL and DStv Premiership trophies but this week, the coach was in hibernation as his exit contract talks were being discussed.
Maybe Mokwena, who is otherwise known as Pep Guardiolla Lite, may take this sabbatical to copy and learn more traits from his Manchester City role model.
