Even the fashion failed to put some oomph in a rather drab affair
The weather, like Shwa, behaved and cleared up on Thursday afternoon at the Cape Town City Hall. This was ahead of the president’s address to the joint sitting of the two Houses of Parliament.

Shwa understands the whole concept of the government of national unity, but pheww! … moi was disturbed by that colourful outfit worn by Bernice Swarts. It could have been kept simple. The execution of the dress just did not add up. And that polo neck ruined the entire unity outfit.
