Throw kwaito fossils into the ring
Kwaito pioneer and Alaska’s king of the dance floor Sphiwe Picat, who is getting longer in the tooth by the day, attended the launch of the Lehlohonolo “Hands of Stone” Ledwaba Memorial Celebrity Boxing Event at the Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg this past week.
After close to 30 years in the business, the old school -leprechaun still looks as fit as a fiddle, and Shwa is all too glad to suggest a celebrity boxing match between him and Jairos “Jakarumba” Nkwe of the group Trompies, his childhood mate.
