Are we letting our kids down with our votes?

It’s challenging not to feel a deep sense of frustration with our government these days. Many of us witness rampant corruption and a glaring disregard for our fundamental human rights. While it’s easy to point fingers at politicians, we also need to engage in some serious self-reflection.

When we step into the voting booth, we are not just casting a ballot; we are making critical choices that will shape the future for our children and generations to come. Are we truly voting wisely? Are we considering the kind of country we wish to create for them, a place that nurtures their potential and respects their rights? If we aspire for a better life for our children, it is essential that we ensure that our decisions reflect a commitment to the well-being of the next generation. The power lies within our hands.
