Golden boy Ciza picked as Apple Music’s UP Next artist of the month

Johannesburg – Hardly two months since dropping his smash hit Bank Notification, the new kid on the block, Ciza, is making strides in the music industry.

Ciza who released his popular single title Bank Notification that makes up part of one of the most innovative Projects out there called “Golden Boy Pack EP” Featuring, DJ Maphorisa, Major League and Tanzanian superstar Marioo.


Ciza has since been making waves and hitting every chart available from radio to music streaming.

It seems like his efforts have paid off as Ciza has hit yet another milestone by being selected by Apple Music to be “Apple Music UP Next” artist of the month alongside 11 stars from across the globe Including newly added Nigeria.

Ciza will be the Artist of the month for August 2021 for “Apple Music Up Next”.

He is set to feature in this Major Global playlist and campaign.

Africa’s Golden Boy first stole the show when he burst into the music scene with his debut hit single Come Alive in 2020.. followed by Adje, which took Africa by storm, snatching 1 million views on YouTube in 2 weeks, and also hitting the Top 5 on national radio charts in South Africa, Tanzania and Nigeria.

This success comes in just before Ciza embarks on his upcoming African tour.
