Johannesburg- Showmax has announced that The Real Housewives of Durban is set to be back on screens this January.
Some wives have left the show and new wives have been added to the cast.
Fans have reacted to the show and caused traffic on social media before the show has even hit the screen.
Some feel like Nonku Williams won’t have a storyline as Ayanda Ncwane is no longer part of the show.
Here is what some fans have said:
Ayanda was the show. Nonku shouldn’t have came back https://t.co/voRiUL9hlg

#RHODurban My take : Makhumalo is too sweet for this show but then again Sorisha is too. Nonku has no story line without 👑Ayanda. Mabusi must come back to help Laconco put Nonku in her place. Will be interesting to see the other newbies🤔

Mina personally, I am glad Nonku is back because she asks other wives the questions we as viewers we want to know 🤣🤣🤣I couldn’t be happier for her comeback #RHODurban https://t.co/AH3TXaZNeZ

As long as Kgomotso is not coming back, I'm happy.
Also, will Nonku even have a storyline? 👀 https://t.co/4oAd3HjtIs

Nonku better let that man rest OMG. It would be so weird of her to still talk about him😭😭😭

I hope we don’t get to see Nonku’s mother this season she makes me cringe 😬#RHODurban

I didn't like Ayanda and LaConco and their attitude towards Nonku. I also thought by sleeping with the president LaConco thought she is now the mother of the nation. Yes, what Nonku and her mom did was totally wrong. Absurd https://t.co/XUFMTFo5GI

I don’t blame her, the reunion drama from Nonku and her parents was a lot of disrespect for her https://t.co/vFyMEmxHos

Other than Ayanda and Laconco’s lingo and Ayanda’s spicy commentary, dressing code honestly speaking Ayanda offered us less.
She only hosted once, we don’t even know her house 😂 there was no content there. In fact Nonku brought content for Ayanda. #RHODurban— Thuthukile (@Thuthukile29) January 10, 2022
Yeah she makes the cut. I see her in Hillcrest evele nge spoti kwi g wagon or Urus. I think she'd add another dimension. I kinda see her challenging Nonku W no LaConco https://t.co/48IMtoPku5

I can't wait for @la_conco to deal with Nonku stinky attitude #RHODurban pic.twitter.com/EDM7VC66gG

Not really.
We exhausted the Sfiso storyline in S1. S2 would have meant Ayanda ACTUALLY letting us in and that is not something she's prepared to do.
Nonku actually exposed her business beyond what she would have ever allowed.

There was no need for Nonku to come back and Ayanda should’ve stayed.

Ithini into ka Nonku? What’s going to be her storyline now? 😭⚰️
