To all the artists and people who came to Dr Malinga’s rescue after pouring his heart out about his R2-million woes with the taxman and having his assets attached, we thank you for your kindness.
Since opening up, Dr Malinga has received donations from music industry friends such as Black Coffee, Oskido, and EFF leader Julius Malema. One person donated R10 to his account.
He has since secured gigs and said he has managed to raise about R100 000 and believes he will get to the R500 000 he needs to pay off Sars and get his belongings back. Merci.
