For the Patriotic Alliance to bring young blood into parliament is such a great and beautiful thing to witness, especially during Youth Month.
The leader of the PA, Gayton McKenzie, really played smart by bringing two youngsters to be sworn in as MPs. On Friday, Cleo Wilskut (20) and Jasmine Petersen (22) were sworn in by Chief Justice Raymond Zondo as new MPs.
This shows that youngsters in the country have representation in the National Assembly and this should be an inspiration to the youth that they can play a major role in contributing to the development and growth of this country.
It has been long seeing old geezers making rules for youngsters, but now it is great that the youth is well represented.
